Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services
Appraiser X Suite provides administrative support and business consulting to real estate appraisers and appraisal management companies. We are not appraisers, we do not perform appraisals, and we do not provide legal, accounting, or valuation advice.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly support plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Plan pricing covers up to 65 appraisal orders per month unless your agreement says otherwise. If volume exceeds that, we will discuss adjusted pricing with you before making any change.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already billed are not prorated or refunded. One time consulting engagements are non refundable once work has begun.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, granting the system access our team needs to do the work, and complying with all laws and professional standards that apply to your practice. You remain solely responsible for the content, quality, and compliance of your appraisal reports.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the confidential information of the other party and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
No guarantee of results
Consulting recommendations and support services are provided in good faith based on experience. We do not guarantee specific increases in order volume, revenue, or business value.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and materials on this site belong to Appraiser X Suite and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
