Do you only work with AMCs?
No. We work with any of an appraiser's clients. We have proficiency with hard money lenders, direct lenders, lawyers, private clients, and even commercial appraisals.
Are you appraisers?
No. We are a service that supports appraisers with office management by handling customer communication, bid submitting, and other day to day tasks.
Are there additional fees if I have a trainee or other appraisers?
The flat rate monthly fee is based on up to 65 appraisal orders per month. Once you go over that, we will have a conversation and figure out the best way to proceed.
Do you hire appraisers?
No. Appraisers hire us. We do not have any staff appraisers.
Are you an AMC?
No. We are office managers for one and two person appraiser offices.
Do you get orders for appraisers?
No, though our services allow appraisers to be more efficient. With that efficiency, appraisers complete orders more quickly and have more time to take on more orders.
