Steven built and sold an appraisal firm and an AMC before starting Appraiser X Suite. He has done the inspections, handled the AMC status updates, and run the business side that appraisers usually would rather hand off. That is why he joins the calls himself. When an appraiser is deciding whether to trust someone with their orders, it helps that the person across the table has run the same kind of business.

Carlos runs the operations side, order in to order out. He works with each client to map how their business runs, then sets up the coordination around it: scheduling, client updates, bid submissions, and the daily follow-through. He sets it up so the handoff takes work off your plate in the first week, not adds a system you have to manage.
